I was on vacation for the entire week and am just now getting back to the search. The job is still available. There are a couple candidates who have emailed me recently that I'm going to schedule interviews with.

Still looking! I've conducted 6 video interviews and have now let those candidates know that it's not the right fit. As I've reflected upon my needs since publishing the job ad, I've realized that it's important to me that the candidate come from a software or technical background and has deep experience with email. It's a tall order I know, and I'm preparing to conduct this search for a while.

I haven't hired anyone yet! I have been conducting 1-2 interviews/day to benchmark candidates. If you're a fit, I'd still love to hear from you. I've found that the best applicants provide more, not less, detail in their initial email.
